½ cup Soft silken tofu
½ cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
¾ cup Low fat Ranch dressing
¾ cup bean sprouts
6 La Tortilla Tomato Basil tortillas or whole wheat tortillas
2 tomatoes
1 avocado peeled
¾ cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
Mix tofu, ranch dressing, chopped onion and garlic in a medium bowl. Spread mixture onto tortilla. Sprinkle cheese onto mixture. Place avocado strips, tomato and sprouts on top of cheese layer. Fold tortilla into a wrap. Cut into pinwheels to serve as an appetizer or leave whole for an entrée.
